Collaborative installation with artist Hilary Sleiman, Worcester City Art Gallery, Worcester, 1999.
Taking inspiration from Worcester’s glove making trade and on the theme of the exhibition,’Disembodied’ we focused our ideas on hands, gloves and skin for this installation.
Using black & white photography and photocopies we worked in the darkroom creating both recognizable and disembodied imagery printing the results on fabric and photographic paper.
The installation was bathed in a soft pink hue with the use of light gels.
